Very pleased. We needed a simple service and this shop was very helpful and very reasonably priced. We've had 3 vehicles from my household serviced here since I found this shop over the summer. Every time has been... great. We keep our cars a long time so we need a reliable and honest mechanic. It's also a nice touch to receive an occasional text or postcard in the mail asking if there is anything we need done. Because when you drive older cars, there is always something going on and if you put things off it can turn into big problems. It's great to get a reminder.read more

They were able to get my truck in with little notice one morning and had me done in about an hour. Great staff and... prices are reasonable,With out of state plates, repair shops tend to charge you more, not here! The process was great. I would recommend this shop to anyone.read more

Parkway Automotive is an excellent auto repair business. I have found Joe Brewer and his colleague Jim to be very... honest and very efficient. I have several times brought my car there thinking it needed something done and they have examined the car and told me that the work wasn't necessary or at least not necessary at that point in time. I really appreciate that. They are very responsible and go above-and-beyond to make sure that I am satisfied with their work. I do not hesitate to take my car there for any and all service issues.read more
