I dropped off my car this morning because something came was loose and I couldn't find anything that was wrong. Parkway Automotive was nice enough to get me in and find the issue. They fixed the problem and I was able to get my car back in the same day. I trust Parkway Automotive. Very good customer service and honest. Thank you for the great service.

Replaced Window Run Channel. Joe and the team couldn’t be nicer. It was a high priority for me that they finished the work on time and they over delivered finishing hours earlier. I had a scheduled service so everything was prepped in advance. Very happy with the work and happy with the service I received. Excellent! The job was a rather tedious one that involve taking the door apart in the window of Hank you YouTube). So I know what needed to happen to resolve the issue and replace the window channel. I’m thrilled to have this in place!!! Thank you Parkway!

Great place to get your car worked on; I made the mistake of taking my car to another shop for a simple brake job; $3K later, the brakes still did not work correctly, and I was told that a Control Module was needed, and that only a used one was available; This would have been about another $2K to get this done; Instead, I brought it over to Joe & Kevin, and they advised that it needed a Front Caliper that was not replaced, and for the ABS System & the brake lines to have the air bled out of them, all at a lower cost; The car brakes are working wonderfully; The end of this story; I won't make that mistake again; Joe & Kevin will be seeing me again...
